The Tap Room Restaurant at the Somerset Hills Hotel to Host Traditional Thanksgiving Feast

Warren, NJ (PRWEB) October 25, 2006 -- The Tap Room Restaurant at the Somerset Hills Hotel will host its annual Thanksgiving dinner buffet on Thursday, November 23, 2006. This annual event has become a holiday highlight in The Somerset Hills, and features an inspired menu created by Executive Chef Robert Grambor that offers both traditional as well as contemporary Italian and American dishes.

The Tap Room, one of Central New Jersey's premiere restaurants, epitomizes casual elegance with its fine cuisine, eclectic décor and relaxed atmosphere.

For 2006, the Thanksgiving holiday feast at The Tap Room will feature:

•     Soup, Salad and Antipasto – including bruschetta, superb salads and an exquisite array of
     cold Italian delicacies
•     Seafood Raw Bar – featuring house-cured salmon, assorted caviars, oysters, jumbo shrimp,
     little neck clams and more
•     Holiday Carving Station – with rosemary and garlic roast turkey, peppercorn crusted prime rib
     of beef with shallot sherry au jus and maple mustard glazed ham with Madeira cider sauce
•     Seasonal desserts – including pumpkin crème brule, assorted autumn cakes, fresh fruits, pies
     and tortes along with traditional Italian pastries
•     "All the trimmings"—Including cornbread & sausage stuffing, glazed sweet potatoes,
     succotash, and oven-roasted autumn vegetables.
